1.) run silent appear “Err02”: fuse is broken, replace it and try again, if broken again, need to replace one of the drive board.
2.) run but immediately shut down to display “Err02”: wire section is too thick, too fast, slow adjustment again; insufficient voltage stabilized power supply, with independent; cutter head sensor dust or knife head sensor positioning sheet change position, need to clean up or iron re-positioning.
3.) show “Err01” wire cut several pieces and automatic shutdown: clearance of wire inlet wheel is too large,wire inlet wheel clamp one wire, rotate wire wheel clearance knob down to breakage light off of wire outlet wheel,then continue to rotate down two spin lattice digits.
4.) wire head and tail cut or no cut marks: check wire head or tail, if they are cut off, wire length is shorter the length of wire head and tail than actual length, means the value of “wire diameter” is too big, please decrease this value. If there is no cutting marks on wire head or tail, wire length is longer the length of wire head than actual length, means the value of “wire diameter” is too small, please increase this value.
5.) machine running and cutter finalize a movement, the wire cannot be carried, display “Err04”: quantitative data is zero, need to enter the quantitative data; yield data has been the highest value, need to clear the yield data.press “yield”, then press “delete”.
6.) wire head stripped insulation in slope: adjust the catheter seat so that the center of the catheter and the blade center in the same straight line; the catheter is too far away from the knife, adjust to close; if the catheter is too large,need for appropriate catheter.
7.) Display “Err03”: data input error, press function button to browse once, change the wrong data. (may be the head, tail length is greater than the wire length)
8.) wire head cannot be stripped: check the incision depth of wire head, need to increase the value of “wire diameter”; wire inlet wheel pressure is not enough, should adjust the clearance of wire inlet wheel and pressure, reduce the space or increase the pressure.
9.) wire tail cannot be stripped: check the incision depth of wire tail, need to increase the value of “wire diameter”; wire outlet wheel pressure is not enough, should adjust the clearance of wire outlet wheel and pressure, reduce the space or increase the pressure.
10.) wire enbossing is too heavy: first of all, please judge the enbossing from the wire inlet wheel or wire outlet wheel, the corresponding pressure knob to reduce or increase the gap knob. (if necessary) to replace the silicone rubber wheel.
11.) wire tail stripped insulation in slope: whether tube relay is beating normally or not. If not beat, need to replace relay or relay contact (emergency response: Can move position of the catheter towards wire inlet wheel, so that the distance from catheter-port to cutter is greater than the wire tail length.)
12.) total length is inconsistent with the actual, appears actual length is larger than the set length: wire inlet wheel pressure is not enough, and sometimes wire head cannot be stripped, the wire whose head cannot be stripped is greater than the set length, adjust clearance of upper and bottom wheels, and reduce the gap or check the rolling wheel with dirt, need to clean it up; may have input with a decimal point data,clear it; need to adjust the pulse equivalent. Check the motor synchronous belt have missing teeth or too loose.
13.) total length is inconsistent with the actual, appears actual length is less than the set length: different size of wires; toothed roller has dirt, clear it away; wire surface with wax lead to roller sticky wax slipping, use a toothbrush dipped in some gasoline or lacquer thinner to clean. Need to adjust the pulse equivalent; check the motor synchronous belt is too loose or missing teeth.
14.) wire head peeling off but core wires cut off few: the value of “wire diameter” can be reduced one by one, until the wire core wire won’t be cut.
