The warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase, and the consumables are not covered by the warranty (consumables include: blades, roller, blade holder and so on, decided by the specific machine). Please inspect the machine when receiving the goods.
If a malfunction occurs within the normal use (except for operational errors) and the warranty period is less than 12 months, the damaged parts will be returned to us for test then replace a new one free of charge, after the expiration of 12 months, the company will continue to provide you with after-sales tracking service. We only charge the cost for replacing the damaged parts. The travel expenses (including both sides customs duty taxes) raised by are borne by the user.
During the warranty period, if it is caused by machine failure or improper commissioning, there is no free warranty. The travel expenses (including both sides customs duty taxes) incurred by the maintenance machine are borne by the user.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

Molds and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
Repairs or modifications have been made without the manufacturer’s permission.
The machine fails due to improper operation.
Damage caused by the use of non-approved consumables or accessories.
Damage caused by using voltages not specified by the unit.
Machine malfunction caused by wrong operation, negligent use, or natural disaster.

Warranty coverage concludes when specific components become unavailable due to product transitions in later years – either through supplier discontinuation or absence of compatible parts in the market. We appreciate your understanding that continued support becomes unfeasible under these circumstances.

Our machines is specialized customized for clients in accordance with clients’ providing processing materials details, they are not universal purpose. so we cannot accept return.
Before our machine delivery from factory, we will debug well the machine and send the pictures and videos for client’s instruction to proceed next step.
