Operating Procedures for Automatic Wire Cutting Stripping Machine
I. Operating Procedures
According to the process document requirements for cable stripping length and core wire stripping length, adjust the positions of the upper and lower (or left and right) cutting blades. Check if the compressed air supply is normal. Plug in the power source and run the machine in semi-automatic mode.
After cutting several wires, inspect the lengths and the quality of the core wires to ensure they meet the process document requirements. Only after confirming they are qualified should you proceed with continuous production in full-automatic mode.
During the stripping process, do not place hands inside the protective guard to prevent injury from the machine.
If stopping the machine midway, please unplug the power plug. Ensure the machine is powered off when unattended to prevent misuse.
If replacing the stripping blades is necessary, the power must be turned off before proceeding.
If any abnormal conditions are detected during use, immediately cut off the power and notify professional maintenance personnel for inspection.
During operation, the operator must stay focused and strictly avoid engaging in activities unrelated to production.
II. Safety Instructions
In case of special circumstances such as the equipment smoking, emitting unusual odors, or making abnormal noises, or if damage to the equipment or detached components are found, immediately unplug the power plug and then contact maintenance personnel.
When the equipment is powered on, do not place fingers into the stripping blades or the interior of the equipment to prevent finger injuries.
Strictly prohibit playing or fooling around with tools in the production area. Do not place tools, materials, or other items on the equipment.
Pay attention to safety protection during maintenance. Power must be cut off before performing any maintenance tasks.
III. Shutdown Instructions
After the production plan is completed, the equipment power should be turned off.
Before the end of the workday, turn off the main power supply to the equipment and clean the machine and the surrounding area.
IV. Troubleshooting
If abnormal conditions are detected during equipment operation, stop the machine immediately and notify maintenance personnel for repair.
The operator should describe the fault situation in detail to the attending maintenance personnel and assist them during the inspection and repair.
V. Post-Operation Maintenance
Clean debris and residue inside the Automatic Wire Cutting Stripping Machine to keep the interior clean.
Check if the blades and clamps of the stripping machine are worn. Replace them promptly if wear is detected.
Perform regular maintenance on the stripping machine, such as lubrication and tightening, to extend its service life.
Store the stripping machine in a dry, well-ventilated place, avoiding dampness and corrosion.
After each production operation, perform maintenance on the equipment. Regularly clean the heat dissipation vents and cooling fans to prevent clogging.
By adhering to the above safety operating procedures for the Automatic Wire Cutting Stripping Machine, safe usage of the equipment can be ensured, and work efficiency improved. Simultaneously, operators should always remain vigilant and strictly follow the procedures to reduce the risk of accidents.
