Maintenance and Calibration of Wire Coiling and Twist Tie Machine

Maintenance:

Apply appropriate specialized lubricants to all lubrication points.

Check if the cylinder pressure is above the required value of 4.5KG/cm².

Ensure the position of the wire coiling disc is accurate with no deviation.

Upon machine startup, inspect the motor or other mechanical components for any unusual noises.
Calibration Steps:

Wire insertion test: Insert the wire plug end into the wire coiling disc alignment block immediately, then press the start button. This will cause the wire to adhere to the coiling rod for processing at various stages until wire tying is completed.

Adjustment of head size: Adjust the alignment block forwards or backwards to achieve the desired length, then tighten the screws.

Adjustment of wire length: Loosen the fixed seat, then adjust left or right to achieve the required wire length, and tighten the screws.

Adjustment of wire tail: Loosen the cylinder base, extend the cylinder stroke, move the cylinder base to achieve the desired tail length, then tighten the screws.

The above steps outline the maintenance and calibration process of the Wire Coiling and Twist Tie Machine. Although seemingly simple, the omission of any step could potentially lead to machine malfunction.
