Debugging Before Using Mute Wire Crimping Machines

Mold Height Adjustment: Loosen the punch tightening screw and use a small round rod to change the adjustment screw (there are six equally spaced holes on the upper thread, clockwise for up and counterclockwise for down, each adjustment equals 0.25 millimeters). Adjust the punch to the appropriate position, then tighten the punch tightening screw (i.e., adjust the height of the wire core crimping).

Adjustment of Upper Inner Blade and Upper Outer Blade Clearance: PC press height fine adjustment, loosen the upper blade tightening screw, pull out and rotate, with 1-8 total of 8 pointers, the higher the number, the lower the PC blade height, each pointer height difference is 0.1mm. Adjust to the appropriate position (i.e., adjust the height of the wire insulation crimping).

Feeding Some Adjustments: Press the up and down keys to move the block to the highest point, loosen the feeding rack locking screw, rotate the feeding adjustment screw (clockwise for backward, counterclockwise for forward) to feed the terminal to the center of the blade and the material strip to the appropriate position, and then the adjustment is complete.

It is necessary to remove the wrench when turning on the power switch of the mute wire crimping machine.

Before starting, it is necessary to adjust the punch to the highest point.

Avoid heavy pressure on multiple terminals: Confirm whether the voltage is normal (please install a voltage stabilizer) to ensure the service life of the machine.

For safety reasons, ensure that both hands are off the machine table before starting the power operation.

When the operator adjusts the mold, it is necessary to put the machine in manual mode (i.e., the indicator light is red).

Summary and Treatment of Problems with Mute Wire Crimping Machines

Check if the foot switch is faulty and replace if necessary.

If there is continuous punching, please check the setting switch.

Replace the fuse if it is blown.

If the mechanical operation is sluggish, apply grease 1-3 times daily to the block (hole 1 and surface 3) and mold (hole 3) oil holes. The operating environment temperature of the machinery is between -2° to 50° Celsius.

If the motor smokes, check if the voltage meets the machine specifications.

If the mold is stuck and cannot move up and down, use a wrench to change the screw at the rear end of the main shaft to make the spindle moving block move up and down, check if the upper and lower blades can touch, or if they scratch the terminal and wire. Otherwise, the most common solution is to replace the blades and adjust the mold.
