Operating Steps of Automatic Wire Cutting and Crimping Machines

Power On:
Turn on the switch of the power junction box, and the power indicator light will illuminate.

Machine Inspection:
Pay attention to any unusual sounds from both the internal and external components. If there is a shutdown, the maintenance personnel should determine whether repairs are necessary.

Tool Usage:
The tools carefully selected by the manufacturer of Automatic Wire Cutting and Crimping Machines: When operated by designated personnel, hold the blade support tool. After ensuring correct blade alignment, use a hand tool for measurement. Turn off the power to the machine and, using the dedicated handle, drive the pulley of the automatic terminal machine. If there is too much resistance or if the handle is not moving, consider whether the pressure is too high or other issues, and conduct checks and adjustments. When locking screws, check if loosening is required.

Device Adjustment:
Note: Gently tap the terminal device with a hex wrench, which is used to adjust the use of the feeding plate. The terminals should easily pass through. If not, release the hex wrench with the lock screws of the feeder. Adjust the diameter of the spiral rod dynamically to a better position, then tighten the screws to start the operation.

Tensile Testing Machine:
Conduct a tensile test on scrap wire to observe the specific operation of the tensile testing machine. The main reference values are as follows: Zero the tension test key, use the electric clamp for terminal wire testing. If the tested tensile force is not within the standard range, maintenance personnel should make adjustments until the standard value is reached.

Quality Assurance:
Confirm the first 10 products with IPQC for inspection. It is suitable for mass production. During the production process, terminal operators must check for plastic bags, defects in hanging materials, and perform a terminal tensile test every hour.

Automatic Cleaning: During operation, the wire cutting and stripping machine can automatically clean itself. A dedicated dust and debris removal system at the rear of the machine ensures quick cleaning of residues from the cutting process, preventing them from entering the machine’s interior. This automatic cleaning feature contributes to maintaining the machine’s efficiency.
