The automatic roll to sheet cutting machine is used for cutting and separating various types of tubes, strips, and sheets in various industries. It requires no molds and is controlled through system software. By setting the corresponding parameters on the operating platform, the computer transmits instructions to the cutting machine, enabling direct cutting of the products.

The operating procedures for the cutting machine are as follows:

Before starting the machine, check that the electrical, mechanical, and control components are functioning properly. Ensure that all fasteners are secure, control devices and safety guards are intact, and there are no obstacles around the equipment that may affect operation.

Ensure proper lubrication of all lubrication points on the cutting machine.

Verify that all rotating parts are flexible.

When installing the saw blade, focus attention to prevent accidental hand injuries. The locking nut of the knife shaft must be securely fastened.

Check the sensitivity and effectiveness of automatic controls.

Only operate the machine after confirming that it runs without any abnormalities.

During the installation or removal of knives, ensure the positioning screws, knife shaft guard, and locking mechanism are in place.

When adjusting the cutting depth, be cautious to prevent excessive pressure between the blade and product roll, avoiding accidents such as blade breakage and flying debris.

Before starting the equipment, double-check all preparations to ensure correctness before initiating motor operation for cutting.

While the equipment is running, no part of the operator’s body should come into contact with rotating parts. It is prohibited to slap or touch the product with hands, pull running materials and waste edges, or pick up waste scraps from rotating parts. This helps avoid accidents caused by entanglement.

Gloves should not be worn while working on rotating parts.

Someone must monitor the equipment during production, and operation in the absence of personnel is strictly prohibited.

When loading or unloading materials, ensure the power is turned off before proceeding.

If any abnormality is detected during operation, urgently stop the machine. When abnormal conditions are resolved at rotating parts, cut off the power supply before resuming operation.

After completing the cutting operation, cut off the main power supply and thoroughly clean the equipment and the surrounding area.

Place cleaning tools in designated locations, and prohibit random dumping or placement.

Basic Safety Precautions for Automatic Roll to Sheet Cutting Machine:

Before starting, ensure that the power supply voltage meets the requirements.

Do not touch the control panel, electrical box, and other machine internals with warning signs. There is a risk of electric shock and death.

While the machine is running, do not touch any moving parts, such as robotic arms and cutting knives. Avoid placing any part of the body in areas where it could be caught or cause injury.

Familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency stop button to press it at any time. Do not power on the machine with doors, covers, or guards removed.

Before operation, close the machine’s doors, covers, and guards for protection. Similarly, do not open them while the machine is running.

Do not operate any switch with wet hands.

In the event of a power outage, turn off the power switch first.

Do not erase, smear, or tear off warning labels on the machine. If labels are unclear or damaged, promptly inform the equipment technician for handling.

Do not place any items inside the equipment electrical cabinet.

Avoid using sharp objects to touch the touch screen.

Operators must not alter machine programs and parameter settings without authorization.

Only trained and relevant personnel are allowed to operate the machine.

Implement anti-smashing measures when installing roll materials.
