Fully Automatic Wire Cutting and Stripping Machines vary in price depending on the specific wire harness being processed.

A Fully Automatic Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine refers to a machine that removes the plastic outer covering from wires and separates it from the metal core. In this era of automation and intelligence, automatic wire stripping machines are the most widely used mechanical equipment in the wire harness processing industry. However, many people are not particularly familiar with the operation of automatic wire stripping machines.

The working principle of an automatic wire stripping machine involves the transportation of wires between the input and output wheels, and then the required processing functions of the wire harness are completed through the knife assembly. Let Dongguan Tangxia Leader Automation Equipment Factory explain the operation principle of automatic wire stripping machines in detail.

Output Wheel: Transports wires and strips the wire ends. (The stripping machine has no effect when stripping short wires, so the “Output Wheel Lift Knob” needs to be set to the “u” position.)

Input Wheel: Transports wires and strips the wire heads. When stripping short wires, the stripping machine strips both the wire heads and the wire ends (wire length less than 50mm). When stripping wires in the middle, it not only strips the wire heads but also has the function of stripping several places in the middle.

Input Wheel Pressure Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the pressure of the input wheel of the stripping machine. Rotate clockwise after pulling out to increase the pressure, and rotate counterclockwise after pulling out to decrease the pressure. (Determined by the strength of the wire insulation, i.e., the difficulty of stripping. Increase pressure for harder insulation and decrease pressure for easier insulation.)

Input Wheel Gap Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the gap between the input wheels of the stripping machine. Turn upward to increase the gap and downward to decrease the gap (adjust according to the thickness of the wire).

Output Wheel Gap Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the gap between the output wheels of the stripping machine. Turn upward to increase the gap and downward to decrease the gap (adjust according to the thickness of the wire).

Input Wheel Lift Knob: Lifts the input wheel of the stripping machine when threading the wire. Turn the knob clockwise to lift the input wheel for smooth threading. During operation, lower the input wheel by turning the knob counterclockwise to press the wire.

Output Wheel Lift Knob: Lifts the output wheel when removing the wire. Turn counterclockwise to lift the output wheel for smooth wire removal. During operation, lower the output wheel by turning the knob clockwise. (When using the short stripping program, lift the output wheel.)

Output Wheel Pressure Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the pressure of the output wheel of the stripping machine. Rotate counterclockwise after pulling out to increase the pressure, and rotate clockwise after pulling out to decrease the pressure. (Determined by the strength of the wire insulation, i.e., the difficulty of stripping. Increase pressure for harder insulation and decrease pressure for easier insulation.)

Knife Assembly: Responsible for cutting, stripping the heads, and stripping the ends of the wires in the stripping machine. In the stopped state, both upper and lower blades need to be opened to the maximum to allow the wires to pass smoothly through the cutting tools.
